Is it possible to replenish Epson cartridges?

A question about Cartridge Drive from: poolekit…:
Is it possible to refill Epson cartridges?

My chosen answer:
new Epson printers have a chip on the cartridge which tells the pressman (a) if it is authentic and (b) how markedly use it has had – this faculty scupper any plans to replenish the tape.
If you look on ebay, you May still find non-Epson cartridges which have a “resettable” chip that can Be transferred to a new “tank” of liquid, which bypasses the Epson damfool inferior.
HP cartridges move with a head that has a limited lifespan, so refilling them can lead to crappy print as the head wears out.

Whether you agree OR disagree, why not give your own thoughts beneath
